Dreams Do Come True! | Paris Sessions

If you’ve been to my website or around my blog for any length of time, you know how much I adore Paris.  Before I went for the first time in high school, people were telling me how dirty the city was, how loud it was, how rude the French are to Americans, etc.  And I think it had me a little worried because I’d been hearing about Paris my entire life from my mom who taught French and had been to the City of Lights several times and loved it!

So when I was finally able to stand in Paris on my own two feet, I soaked it all in, discovered pain au chocolat (chocolate croissants), fell deeply in love and have never questioned that love since.

Thankfully, Ben agreed to go there for our honeymoon almost 5 years ago and enjoys the city almost as much as I do :-)  So, when we came up with the crazy idea to go back for our 5th anniversary this fall, we thought it would be the perfect time to soak up the city again, try some new things, visit some new places, and for the first time ever, offer some photo sessions while we’re there!

YES!  You read that right!  We will be in Paris the first week of November and will be available for up to two photo sessions for some amazing couples.  This could be an anniversary session (don’t worry, it doesn’t have to actually be your anniversary!), an engagement session, a proposal (ahh!!), or even a bridal session.

Y’all, I’m SO excited to be able to do this.  The first time I was in Paris with my camera as an actual photographer, I was still so brand new that I wouldn’t have had the slightest idea of what I was doing if someone had stepped in front of my camera and would not have done the session justice.  The second time I was there as a photographer, Ben and I were on our honeymoon, so of course we didn’t want to work while we were there!  But now?  The timing is just perfect and I can’t wait!

If you’re interested, or know someone this may be perfect for, please send me an email at sabrina@sabrinafields.com with the subject line “Paris Photo Session”.  I’d love to hear little bit about you and your significant other (or if you’re hoping to do a bridal session!), why you’ll be in Paris and the dates you’ll be there.  I’ll then get back to you with more information… and probably several exclamation points and smiley faces!! :-)  So be prepared.

My husband just mentioned that he would love for us to go to France this year; I’ve been hesitant to travel so far away from our kids, but I saw your post on Facebook this am and I am reconsidering! We go to Grace Pelham as well. We have been married for 14 years, and have 3 kids age 13, 10, 7. Over the past 7 years we have been through a lot of ups and downs including the loss of both of our fathers and brain surgery for our daughter. We celebrate 3 years seizure free for Isa this year!! I’m not positive we can make this trip work, but I wanted to let you know we were certainly interested. What an amazing place to make memories : )
