Emily is 1! | Greenville Children’s Photographer | Furman University

The thing I love most about photographing children is watching them grow up!  And I realize that it happens quickly, but when you only see them once every three or six months… they REALLY grow up fast!  And I just can’t believe Emily is a year old already.  And oh my goodness, she’s like a little baby doll!  You can’t help but want to pick her up and snuggle and cuddle with her.  And that smile… with those blue eyes… :-)  Well, she’s just adorable.

Emily, I had so much fun following your curious little self around parts of Furman.  I loved watching you explore and wonder as you wandered.  I also love how much your cousins, your aunt, and your parents love and adore you.  You are one precious little girl!

I love when kids will look straight up into my camera.  Just love it :-)

And Emily is really great at it!

I wish I could know what’s going through her mind.

It was in Furman’s Rose Garden that I fell in love with this little girl all over again!

Gah!  So sweet!

I’ve never read The Secret Garden, but I feel like these next few pictures would fit right in.

I love love love, Furman’s Rose Garden.  Like, love it.  Especially in the summer when the roses are in bloom.
It also reminds me of camp when I was a counselor as a teenager :-)

One last outfit and one last location.

Oh my heavens… Emily, your baby blues are to die for!

She’s already working on her model face!  Love it!

But her smile just melts my heart :-)

Happy first birthday, little one!
