Just Keep Moving

There are some workouts that are next to impossible to get through.  You start with the countdown of the beeping clock and when it hits zero, you go.  Full steam ahead.  You’re in this… you’ve got this…

But depending on the workout, depending on the race that you’re running, you start to lose steam sooner or later.  It might be 7 minutes in or it might be just 2 minutes in (you know the workouts I’m talking about!).  But instead of stopping and resting for even 30 seconds, you hear someone say, “Just keep moving.”  You’ve lost some of your steam, but you’re still in it.  And with most of these workouts, you’re doing it for yourself.  So yes… keep moving!  Because you know why?  Every rep counts.

Every rep counts at Crossfit.  Every step counts in a race.  Every move you make counts in business.  Every hug counts in a relationship.

No matter how tough it gets, no matter how much you want to rest or even quit… Just keep moving.  It will make a difference.
