Y’all… this weather.  It’s been rainy and chilly (not cold really) this past weekend and to be honest… I’ve actually liked it!  What I haven’t been a fan of is that I’ve had several sessions this weekend and I didn’t get the dreamy glowy light that comes with “golden hour” that I love so much.  But you know what?  It didn’t stop my clients from being amazing and rocking their sessions!

The funny part about this weather though is that it’s been tempting me to pull out our Christmas decorations and decorate before Thanksgiving!!  I know some of you already have your decorations up (and you’re also responsible for this temptation), but I just can’t put anything up before the day after Thanksgiving.  It just seems wrong.  So, I’m waiting.  Patiently :-)

It looks like the sun is coming back out today and that brings a smile to my face!  As does this peek at Ashley and James’s engagement session from Friday.  Oh my heavens, I love this!  It was one of the last shots we captured and the rain had just barely started but I have some amazing clients that trust me… and I’m so thankful for them!
