You guys!  It’s my first blog post from our new house!  And please forgive how late in the morning I’m posting this, but well… I’m sure you understand :-)

I still can’t believe that we moved to a different house on Friday and then shot Whitney and Jordan’s wedding on Saturday.  I’d been praying all week that God would just give us the strength and stamina and while we are still a bit wiped out (with a ton of unpacking still left to do), we did it!  Ben, our friend Joel, and my brother helped with the majority of loading the truck and moving and they only let me help a little bit with boxes and such.  So for all of you out there worried about me lifting too much since I’m pregnant, the guys let me do enough to where I felt like I was helping and then they took care of the rest :-)

Saturday was SUCH an amazing day!  Whitney had been referring to August 23 as “The best day ever” and it was perfect for them!  The rain held off, the cloud cover and breeze while we were doing photos before the ceremony was so welcomed and the rest of the day went as smoothly as you could imagine.  I can’t wait to share more of the story and images from Saturday with you (it may or may not happen tomorrow… but I promise it will be up by Wednesday!).  Ben and his crew did video and I and my friend Kristy took care of photography.  It was quite the entourage, but we couldn’t have asked for a better team!  It was a blast!

So for now, I’ll share this little peek of a ring shot with you… Whitney surprised Jordan with a popcorn bar at the reception because he loves it so much!  And I’m not going to lie, I enjoyed it too!
