I know I say this a lot, but I really don’t know how I shot weddings by myself when I first started.  Even small weddings, like Ping Ting and Nick’s this weekend, are a lot of work.  They’re a LOT of fun!  But they’re still a lot of work.  Especially when you wake up to check the weather and there is a WALL of rain that spans from the north down to the Gulf of Mexico… and it’s headed your way.

So to have Ben there – the most handsome husband, fabulous second shooter and best light tester ever – to help keep me calm and make me laugh throughout the day was the most amazing thing I could have asked for.  The second most amazing thing was the sunset we captured after the ceremony (which I may not have seen if not for Ben)!  WOW!  Even if it wasn’t the most ideal wedding day, it was still amazing and absolutely beautiful!

He looks pretty amazing in a suit and tie if I say so myself…
