I don’t ever do this.  But with the exception of answering a few emails, I’m not going to worry about work for the next day or so because I can barely move my head or right arm without being in excruciating pain.  I woke up Monday morning with the traps on my right side balled up as tight as a fist and even through I’ve tried everything from massaging to laying on a lacrosse ball to an epsom salt bath and essential oils, nothing is helping.  Thankfully I was able to get an appointment with a physical therapist this afternoon, so prayers for quick relief from this would be so appreciated!!  Hopefully I’ll be back at it before the end of the week.

And to add a little dreaminess to this cloudy day, I did some bridal portraits in Spartanburg last week and cannot WAIT to share them at the end of next month.  You guys, just imagine a beautifully classic bride and this gorgeous church!  You’re going to love them!
