I am so glad you're here! This is my little corner where I get to share some of my most favorite images from engagements, weddings, births, my travels and my own little family from time to time. Hang out, look around, and please reach out to say hello!
We woke up that morning to rain. And it didn’t look like it was going to stop. Crystal’s bridals were scheduled for that evening and we had begun texting about it the night before because it looked like it was going to be a dreary and rainy Saturday. But this was our only chance to take her portraits! So, she moved up her hair and make-up appointments and I came up with plan B… and then plan C. I’ve never had to come up with plan C before! And actually at this point, I’m not sure I could tell you the details. We saw on the weather that there was going to be a 0% chance of rain in Clemson around 4pm so we headed that way earlier than planned and kept praying the rain would hold off. And it did!! We were all SO thankful! It was an amazing and fun afternoon and it made me that much more excited for their wedding – which was AH-MAZ-ING! More on that later this week!
Enjoy some of my favorites from her bridals!
This bench is where Eric proposed so it only made sense that we begin with portraits here…
Her dress was incredible.
And those blue shoes? GORGEOUS!
Crystal – you’re seriously beautiful!
One of my favorites…
The location of her bridals was a surprise to her now husband so we definitely had to get some photos in front of Tillman.
To say I was excited that the fountains were on would be a huge understatement. Last time I was there, the reflection pond was drained for cleaning… this was WAY better!
I love these!
And then it was time for Death Valley. *sigh* I know summer just started, but I’m already ready for football season!
Because of the weather threat that day, I’d brought plenty of lighting equipment as a back up. But we still decided to pull it out and I’m glad we did!
Um, Crystal… you did NOT tell me you could model so amazingly!
Could not have done this session without help from Ashley, Allison and Allison’s mom!
Love it!!
My fellow Clemson alum aren’t going to believe this, but this was my first time to the Esso… and all I did was take a few extra portraits for Crystal!
But it’s a Clemson icon, so it was a must :-)
Congrats again, Crystal and Eric!! So excited to share your wedding on the blog this Thursday!
