These two… from the moment I met them, I felt like I was someone they really cared about.  Like they’d already welcomed me into their fold without any questions.  But as we sat and talked about their story and what they wanted for their wedding day, it became clear that this was just who they are!

Neither Kaye nor Bill were planning or expecting to find love again during this season of their lives.  But to hear Bill talk about his bride and how much she has changed him, you can tell that he loves her more than anything in this world.

And nothing was more evident than his love for her on their wedding day.  As she sat and opened his gift for her before putting on her dress, she was in awe of him.  It wasn’t that he gave her the most beautiful pair of diamond earrings, but that he was continuing to go above and beyond anything she could have asked for.

So as they gathered with 35 of their friends and family in a small garden courtyard in downtown Greenville, they promised the rest of their lives to each other.  There were a few tears, many smiles, and lots of hugs!  It’s evident that these two love so well because they themselves are loved.

You guys… thank you SO MUCH for allowing me to capture this day for you!  I hope you’re having a wonderfully relaxing week in Charleston (and that you sneak a peek at your wedding photos today!)!

In downtown Greenville, there are little mice that are hidden along Main St.  So when I saw a couple of replicas on Kaye’s front porch, I had to use them!

And how beautiful are the florals?  Dhalia’s never disappoints!

I told Bill he would be blown away when he saw her… and I think he was.

He turned to her to tell her how happy he had just made him and it was one of the sweetest moments of the day.

They spent the rest of their evening dining with and enjoying their friends and family.  It couldn’t have been more perfect.
