I am so glad you're here! This is my little corner where I get to share some of my most favorite images from engagements, weddings, births, my travels and my own little family from time to time. Hang out, look around, and please reach out to say hello!
It was a day of celebration. Friends and family had traveled from all over to share in the excitement of Jessica and Jay becoming husband and wife. They’d been dating since high school so this was a day anticipated by many!
There was so much laughter and several happy tears, but no one seemed bothered when a 20 minute summer storm caught us off guard in the middle of photos with the bridesmaids! And the best part? The bride took that time to sit down, put her feet up, and toast the day with her maid of honor. There’s no better way to take your wedding day in stride.
Jessica and Jay, what an amazing wedding day you guys had! From the sentimental notes to dancing with Nanny on the dance floor, it was clear that you guys have SO much fun together!
Thank you for allowing me to be a small part and to capture the memories as your first day of husband and wife unfolded. I hope you’re having an incredible time in St. Lucia! I know you’d probably like to stay there forever, but I can’t wait for you to get home and see these photos :-)
Yes, you’re reading that right. Jessica had Kate Spade Keds that she wore on her wedding day!
She told me before the reception began that it was the best decision she made for the wedding, to wear tennis shoes the entire day!
Jessica. Seriously. SO beautiful!
And this portrait might be a new favorite.
These girls were amazing… battling the wind and running in and out of the rain. They are beautiful but they’re also brave and they trusted me!
There’s never anything more I could ask of my brides than for them to trust me. But when the entire wedding party has that trust too? Heart melted.
Not every bride gets to put her feet up in the middle of the wedding day… although I may start requiring it of my brides!
Y’all, this may be one of the most precious photos ever.
I was never more thankful for the sun to come out than at THIS moment,
just a few seconds after they walked out of the church as husband and wife!
Oh I love this portrait of her!
Jessica… you were STUNNING. Your dress, your hair, your flowers, your makeup, YOU! Just beautiful!
Best. Thing. Ever. Jay pretended to feed himself the cake instead of feeding it to Jessica!
Don’t worry, they both got some cake after the laughter died down :-)
This is my third wedding this year where the Clemson Tiger has shown up. This time, the groom’s mom surprised them!!
I think every wedding should have donuts as a “late night snack”!
So many thanks to the talented team of vendors who made Jessica and Jay’s wedding so wonderful!
