Oh my heavens, what a weekend.  Our crossfit box, Crossfit Reaction, hosted the GreenvilleGames for the 4th year in a row.  It was only the second time Ben and I helped out (since we’ve only been doing crossfit for the past two years!), but it was amazing.  And exhausting!  To quell any rumors, Ben and I did not WIN the competition.  But I did capture about 3,000 photos (maybe more??) and I have no idea how many hours of video footage Ben walked away with.  So, we’ll be sorting through those over the next couple of weeks.

Yes, we’re tired and still exhausted and we have the sunburn to prove we were outside Friday afternoon and all day Saturday (I’ve never had such a pronounced Rainbow tan on my feet!).  But, I would do it all over again.  We have such an amazing community at our box and getting to hang out with those people and work alongside them for two days this weekend was so much fun!  The games wouldn’t have happened without each of them pitching in to judge, run score cards, enter results, organize food, put together the prizes for the winners, prep the WODs and weights and a million other things that began happening months ago.  Ben and I don’t normally capture events like this, but when it’s for people that you’ve grown to love over the past couple of years, I honestly couldn’t have imagined being anywhere else this weekend.

And something else exciting happened yesterday… we put an actual moving date on the calendar!!  Yikes.  We have a lot to do before then, but we have some plans in place and it can totally happen.  The kitchen is FINISHED and I’ll be sharing photos after we move in, but oh my goodness, it’s SO pretty!  Y’all are going to love it!  So if y’all have any moving tips (it’s been FIVE years since I moved into this house and Ben has been here with me for half that time), we will gladly take it!
