I am so glad you're here! This is my little corner where I get to share some of my most favorite images from engagements, weddings, births, my travels and my own little family from time to time. Hang out, look around, and please reach out to say hello!
Before she even walked down the stairs to meet her groom, he had tears in his eyes. This day, the day they would become husband and wife, was finally here and the weight, the joy, and the emotion of it all couldn’t be held back.
Throughout the day he would gaze at her with an abundance of love in his eyes and tell her how beautiful she was. At which she would gaze lovingly back and steal a kiss. Their love is real and genuine and deep. And it was an honor to capture it with our cameras.
Friends and family gathered this past Saturday at First Baptist Easley to watch Crystal and Eric pledge their forevers to each other. After they were pronounced and they had their first kiss as husband and wife, everyone drove back to Greenville to celebrate, eat, and dance the night away at the Upcountry History Museum.
Crystal and Eric, thank you. Thank you for being so real with your love for one another. And thank you for letting us be a part of your day and capture it from our point of view. I hope you’re having a blast in Belize and enjoy some extra time on the beach for me!
The day started with everyone getting ready at the gorgeous Westin Poinsett in downtown Greenville.
Brides and grooms… letters to your love on your wedding day are such a beautiful thing.
So thankful Ben was able to second shoot with me again! I love these shots he got of Eric getting ready.
Oh Crystal… I just adore your “something blue” shoes!
Crystal carried a small photo of her grandparents with her all day.
Her mom loved it.
Crystal, you made for a stunning bride.
And this? This is one of the thousands of reasons I adore First Looks…
This doesn’t happen when you wait to see each other walk down the aisle :-)
Ben got this one and I love it!
So many things about this photo scream southern gentleman… the bow tie, the Clemson ring and a SC license plate on a box of mints!
Love…
Absolute favorite!!
I love this one that Ben got!
And these two below? Mine’s on the left and Ben’s is on the right. Love them!
Gosh, I love this one too!
These girls were wonderful all day!
The flowers from Dahlia’s were stunning!
The guys were just as fun as the girls!
They pulled the model faces off really well too…
Their ceremony was at First Baptist Easley. The last wedding I’d been to there was for Will and Diana 10 (gasp!) years ago. Eric was in that wedding and now Will was in Eric’s!
I love these that Ben captured during the ceremony!!
Married!!
The light streaming in through the chapel windows was perfect for some after-ceremony portraits.
I could have shot in here all day long…
And these next two? So romantic…
Ben’s image.
My image.
And then I found this one that Ben captured. Oh my heavens, he’s good.
We made our way to the reception at the Upcountry History Museum, which is such a fun venue!
I LOVE the paper striped straws!
A friend of theirs, Sally Dunn, made the cake. Isn’t it beautiful??
Saturday was Eric’s parent’s 39th wedding anniversary so they danced…
…then Eric cut in to dance with his mom…
…and then Eric Sr. pulled Crystal in to join the dance!
And then the Clemson Tiger showed up!
This group knew how to have fun… they danced the entire time!
A perfectly romantic end to a perfectly romantic day. Congrats Crystal and Eric!
