It’s been a busy fall.  And we’ve had a little break for the past month, but we still have two beautiful weddings to go before the end of the year. And oh my goodness, I can’t wait to celebrate with my brides during the most wonderful time of the year on the best day of their year!

Yesterday I had an engagement session in downtown and while I was waiting on my couple to arrive, I wandered a bit and took a few photos.  For me.  Which I hardly do anymore, but have thankfully been able to do more than once this year.  It’s like therapy for me. Free therapy ;-)

When I was driving towards downtown, I could see rays of the sun trying to break out from behind the clouds and prayed that God would move those clouds out of the way for our session.  And you know what?  By the time I parked and walked across the bridge, the sun wasn’t hiding at all anymore!  He knew I was still in need of sunshine after having so many rainy days this fall!

It really doesn’t hurt that we live in such a beautiful city either…
