I am so glad you're here! This is my little corner where I get to share some of my most favorite images from engagements, weddings, births, my travels and my own little family from time to time. Hang out, look around, and please reach out to say hello!
It’s been forever since I’ve done a Monday Musings post! And with this being my last free weekend for several weeks, we just soaked up being home together as a family… literally. We had a couple storms roll through and on Saturday all of us went out on the porch to watch the rain. It didn’t take long for Catherine to step out and start getting wet and within moments she had her papa out there with her running up and down the driveway! She loved every second and squealed to her heart’s content!
Also, we discovered last Thursday that our next door neighbors got a new puppy. The best part about this is that Catherine can keep working on getting over her fear of dogs (she’s come SO far!), we get to visit and play with a puppy, and we aren’t responsible for taking him out at night (as you can tell, I’m not really a dog person) :-) I don’t have any photos of him yet, but he is so cute and super sweet. He even fell asleep in our driveway when we were all chatting and Catherine was being her normal crazy 2 year old self!
While I still haven’t edited photos from when Isa was born (other than her birth photos), I did manage to get a handful from this past week edited… baby steps, my friends! Baby steps.
PS – I love Chick-fil-A. Like, I’d be fine eating there 3 meals a day. But even though I somehow refrain from this, Catherine is already a bit hooked too! She also loves ice and CFA has some of the best ice around, which is why she has my cup in her lap on a random day we were outside last week :-)
Oh Isabella… your faces and smiles crack us up!
This girl loves getting her hands in water and it’s even better if mama isn’t stopping her from getting her hands wet!
Isa was starting to get tired… and I’m pretty sure she already wants to be big enough to be playing with her sister!
