Nutella Goodness

Just before we finished our Whole30, I started day dreaming about Nutella.  And if you’ve ever tasted this amazingly divine hazelnut spread, you’ll understand my day dreams.  And you’ll also understand why I made a Pinterest board SOLELY devoted to Nutella recipes.  Now, it is by no means an extensive board, but it’s a work in progress.

Do you see those Nutella Lava Cookie Cups up there?  Well, I’ve been drooling over them since Julie posted them on her blog over at Table for Two.  I love Nutella and chocolate chip cookies are my weakness.  And I might be stretching this a bit, but I believe God will have these waiting on everyone as they enter heaven… they’re THAT good.  I started following Julie’s blog when Katelyn James blogged about her… not only is Julie an amazing chef and blogger, but she’s also one of Katelyn’s brides this year (in fact, based on info on Julie’s blog, she’s getting married this weekend!  Which means Katelyn will have her wedding photos up next Tuesday!).  Anyway, I’ve been wanting a reason to make these cookies and after staying in my PJs all day yesterday editing, it seemed like a good night for baking!

Believe it or not…

I waited until this morning to taste these.

And it was WELL worth the wait!  But they’re SO RICH I could only eat half! (this is some kind of record for me so you better write this down in the history books!)

So, be sure to check out Julie’s Table for Two blog (or go straight to the Nutella Lava Cookie Cups recipe here) … she does an amazing job photographing her creations so I’m warning you before you go over… if you’re not hungry now, you will be soon!  Happy Wednesday, everyone!

Those look amazing. I had Nutella for the first time on my first trip to France in 2nd grade. And it was over… that was actually the summer that I began to struggle with my weight. Haha. I doubt it was the Nutella that put me over the edge.
You might want to browse through these sometime. Yum!!!!
