I am so glad you're here! This is my little corner where I get to share some of my most favorite images from engagements, weddings, births, my travels and my own little family from time to time. Hang out, look around, and please reach out to say hello!
There are so many reasons I love doing bridal sessions… I get to see my bride for an “extra” session before the wedding, I get to see her dress before the wedding day, my bride gets to practice her hair and makeup and simply wearing her dress (outside of a dress shop!) for a little while too. But there’s one thing I don’t love about bridal sessions… I can’t share them until after the wedding!! Obviously that’s the way it has to be, but until right now I’ve been sitting on three gorgeous bridal sessions, and I can’t wait to share the others soon!
Amy and Andrew were married this past weekend in Charleston and their wedding day was nothing short of dreamy. But really, once you see her portraits, you’re going to understand how it was easy for their wedding day to be so amazing! Amy isn’t just beautiful on the outside, she is gorgeous on the inside. She is kind and wonderful and thoughtful and keeps her friends and family close. And to prove it, she had quite the small entourage at her bridal session! Her mom and sister, her sister-in-law, a close family friend and their daughter who attends Furman. Not only were all of these ladies a huge help, but it was really fun to see them all again at the wedding! These photos would not have been as easy to take if not for them… so thank you, ladies!!
Amy, I knew when we did your engagement photos last fall that you were already a pro at modeling (whether you believed it or not), but your bridals just further prove it!
I also adore weeping willows… so this spot was a dream!
Her second favorite man, Beau, joined us for some photos… and this one ended up being her portrait for the wedding!
Oh gosh, I love that glowy light! Amy it just makes you even more stunning!
