Ashley + Austin | Downtown Greenville Wedding Photographer

They have such a beautiful love.  The way they looked at each other all day would have been enough to make anyone swoon.  Between their glances or long stares, the gorgeous fall day, and their friends and family surrounding them, I think it’s safe to say Ashley and Austin just had one of the most wonderful days of their lives.

They both got ready with their closest friends just floors apart from each other.  And when it came time for their First Look, neither one could hold back the tears.  After promising to love and cherish one another, we walked from the historic Downtown Baptist Church around the block to the beautiful and historic Westin Poinsett where the party really got started!

Ashley and Austin, thank you SO much for allowing us to be a part of your first day as husband and wife.  You guys are so much fun, so genuine, and so sincere.  You made us feel like we were a part of your family and that means the world to us!  I hope your last couple of days in Jamaica are amazing and that you’re able to find some internet to grab a peak at these!

We started the day with details at the Westin Poinsett Hotel.

If I didn’t say in her bridal blog post, I LOVED Ashley’s dress!!

These girls were so great the entire day!!

The light and the setting were perfection for a portrait before leaving for their First Look.

While I was with the girls, Ben went to hang out with the guys.

We walked around the block to the church for their First Look… I mean, do you SEE those gorgeous trees??

I love it when couples opt to see each other before the ceremony!

The light was perfect.

As was their time together.

Even after several minutes, they were wiping tears from their eyes!  It was such a sweet moment.
I really do love my job.

Love it!

Um, how cute are they?

These adorable signs came from this awesome Etsy shop.

This was such a fun wedding party!!

And they KILLED the “model face”!

The gorgeous flowers are from Dahlia’s, the florist who did my bouquet!

With the sun setting earlier, I knew I wanted a “sunset” shot of the church before the ceremony.  I think it was worth the wait.

How cute is he?  And his sign??

These girls were such good flower girls!  And so stinking cute on top of it!

Even seeing each other before the ceremony couldn’t keep the tears from coming when Ashley walked down the aisle.

Married!!!

Look at the back of the sign!  So cute.

With Ashley and Austin’s wedding being so late in the year, we were able to get some night portraits right after the ceremony.

I love the one on the left!

The coolest thing about downtown Greenville is that most venues are within walking distance.
We had walked from the hotel to the church and then we walked back to the hotel for the reception!

I love this one…

Ashley… get it, girl!

Cocktail hour isn’t as big of a deal in the south as it is in other parts of the country.  But, I do love when a couple has one so that we’re able to get in and document the reception “untouched”.

Everything was just beautiful!  And Sarah Locke at the Poinsett was SUCH a big help all evening.

Among so many other great shots, Ben captured these during the first dance.  The one on the left may be one of my favorites!

The father/daughter dance is always SO sweet!

The mother/son dance was super sweet too.  Austin’s sister was one of the bridesmaids and I noticed she was holding back the tears as these two danced :-)

The amazingly beautiful cake was one of Kathy and Company’s designs!

Ashley’s sister gave her toast.

Then, the best man gave his toast.

And then he passed the mic to each of the groomsmen.

This crowd knew how to dance!

If you have your reception at the Poinsett, you have to have pictures taken on the rooftop.
And Ashley and Austin ROCKED their portraits up there.

I just adore this one!

Believe it or not, this was my first (unofficial) Gamecock wedding.  And I even took pictures of them cheering!

This one might be my favorite reception photo… ever.
There’s not one person in it that isn’t fully committed to the song or their pose!

Ben got this amazing shot from the back…

While I was getting this from the front.

And then they surprised me with one last kiss!  Congrats again, you guys!!

Well, Jamaican internet sucks and we could only see maybe 1/4 of them and my computer was dying before the rest loaded! From what we could see they look wonderful and we can’t wait to see the rest! :) Thank you Sabrina & Ben – we love you guys! :)
