I am so glad you're here! This is my little corner where I get to share some of my most favorite images from engagements, weddings, births, my travels and my own little family from time to time. Hang out, look around, and please reach out to say hello!
What a fun birthday week!! Thank you all for hanging out this week, meeting these amazing companies, and possibly getting some early Christmas shopping done :-) And now it’s time to introduce the last company of the week and I’m super excited to do so!
I first met Bethany at the Pursuit Conference this year as we dined under twinkly lights on a cool fall evening. She was a joy to talk with and when I realized she was the founder of The Root Collective, I liked her even more! Not to mention how much I adore the cute shoes.
She works with Otto in Guatemala who doesn’t just make shoes, but he employs men who come from gangs and who want to create a full and sustainable life. I highly encourage you to watch the video below… you’ll get to meet Bethany, Otto, watch them make shoes, and see just how what they are doing matters.
These are the adorable shoes I purchased at the conference… for myself :-) They’re the Gaby in Mustard Diamond. Since these are my own shoes, this means that if you win the contest today (you only have until midnight tonight to enter this one!), you’ll get to choose which pair of Gabys you’d like for yourself! So head over to their website and see the different options they have!
I love the woven fabric and the detailing on the heel.
They’re just adorable! And I already want another pair :-)
Congrats to Ashley M. for winning the infinity scarf from Market Colors on yesterday’s post!
This contest runs until midnight tonight (October 30) and the winner will be announced by 10am tomorrow right here!
