Downtown Greenville Huguenot Loft Wedding | Ellen + Taylor

You might remember Ellen and Taylor’s engagement session at Bald Rock. They were so incredibly fun and easy to spend time with, not to mention a joy to have in front of the camera!

I was disappointed that I would not be in town for their wedding, but when my friend Jessie Modlin said she was available to capture their day as my associate, I was beyond grateful!

The entire day was full of peace, excitement and happy tears. Taylor was SO excited to see his bride and the photos capture his emotion perfectly! Ellen’s mom was teary before the ceremony and the newlyweds did not hold back their emotions after becoming husband and wife. And you will soon see how everyone celebrated with pure joy and unstoppable energy as they brought the dance floor to life!

Singing a hymn during the ceremony while facing their guests truly gave Ellen and Taylor more than a few moments to soak everything in.

This porch held lots of emotions on this day.
It may be the perfect spot for anniversary photos in the future!

The dance floor was packed the entire evening!

Ellen and Taylor opted for ice cream from Clare’s Creamery instead of cake and I dare say they were the most popular ice cream servers in Greenville that night!

The private last dance has become my most favorite ending to a wedding day. It’s a few more minutes to soak in the day, just the two of you, in the space you’ve shared with family and friends to celebrate your first day as husband and wife.
