I am so glad you're here! This is my little corner where I get to share some of my most favorite images from engagements, weddings, births, my travels and my own little family from time to time. Hang out, look around, and please reach out to say hello!
Clemson, SC is like my second home. I spent 5.5 years of my life there and grew so much spiritually, socially, emotionally and as a person that it is rooted so deep in me that I truly believe that my blood runs orange.
But what some people don’t know is that most of the idea of what Clemson University IS actually stems from Auburn University. (Now for a brief history lesson…) Coach Walter Riggs graduated from Auburn and came to Clemson to coach football in 1896. But apparently it was because he loved the Princeton Tiger so much, that he gave Clemson the tiger mascot. Either way, Clemson and Auburn do have a lot in common and it was so fun to finally be able to wander their campus yesterday with Ashley and Clay for their engagement session.
Yesterday was a super long day, but it was totally worth it to capture Ashley and Clay in the place that they met and fell in love. So be on the lookout for their photos on the blog next week! Can’t wait!
PS – the McCafé mocha frappe was a moment of desperation for some caffeine when it was super late and I was an hour away from home.
It seems that if coffee has enough chocolate in it, I CAN drink it!
