Jon + Christina | A Downtown Greenville Anniversary Session

Christina and I first met through a Christian women’s meet-up for creatives and I have loved spending time with her ever since!  So when we first started talking about an anniversary session for her and Jon, I was thrilled!  The location (city) and dates changed several times, but the perfect time ended up being the day before their 4th anniversary.

Jon is in the military and has been stationed in another part of the country for most of this year.  They’ve seen each other off and on, making quick trips to visit each other, but they’re at the point where they’re counting the weeks and soon the days before they’re living under the same roof full time.  It will be soon, friends!  Hang in there!

It was an overcast morning in downtown Greenville, but we laughed a LOT (mostly thanks to Jon) and got some photos that I hope they love as much as I do.

As I mentioned in my last post, I’m toying with film – for me – and for the images that turn out, I’m delivering them to my couples. And I probably shouldn’t mention this at all, but I’m all for honesty in life, so here it is: I LOVE the images and moments we captured on film for these two.  But in terms of editing and getting them to match my digital edits, I still have a ways to go.  So if you notice the color differences in some of the photos, that’s why :-)

They were married at Mary’s Cottage 4 years ago so we definitely had to get some photos there!

These two below are my absolute favorites from their session!

Thank you guys again for getting up so early to meet me for your session.  It was so worth it and I loved spending the morning with you both!  Happy 4th anniversary!
