When I met with MacKenzie a couple of weeks before the wedding, her to-do list was still too long for her liking. But I reassured her that come wedding day, everything would be FINE! Her dream day would come, she and Scott would be husband and wife, and they would have SO much fun in the process.
And I think that turned out to be true! By the time we snuck off for sunset portraits, they were relaxed and full of nothing but smiles. I’d seen the stress melt away during their First Look and as their friends and family joined them before the ceremony, it was beautiful to see everything coming together for the day they had dreamed of!
You guys, this was such an amazingly FUN and gorgeous day and I can’t thank the two of you enough for allowing me to celebrate with you and capture it all as the day unfolded. I LOVED getting to know you both and your families were SO kind and inviting! I hope your mini-moon this week has been wonderful and I can’t wait for you to see your blog post! Enjoy!
It really is great that I get a full day with my couples, because I really could photograph them all day long!
And I get to on their wedding day!!
I don’t think I’ll ever be able to get enough of what Suzie (of Statice Event Design) can do with florals!!
The legacy and history in these photos is SUCH a beautiful thing.
Also, working with Statice Event Design and Katie Williams Events will ensure you have the most beautiful of days!
Almost everyone was in tears when MacKenzie walked down the aisle… including all of the groomsmen!
So you can begin singing it while viewing their dance photos, MacKenzie
and her dad did their dance to Wooly Bully and it was amazing.
Downtown Greenville will always have my heart!
As will dresses that twirl like this.
