When trying to figure out where to do her bridal portraits, we went back and forth on several locations. But when I mentioned Grand Holland Estate and sent her the website, Catherine knew that was the one! And it truly couldn’t have been a more perfect spot.
Not only is the estate beautiful (truly, there isn’t a “bad location” on the property!), but when we found the Pavilion with its chandelier, we were in awe. Not only that, but her portrait she chose as THE portrait was from that room. It’s just extra special because the summer Catherine and Cameron met, they went to see Phantom of the Opera! So I love that THE portrait has a beautiful chandelier in it as a nod to their first summer together.
We had so much fun exploring the estate, showing off Catherine’s gorgeous dress and twirling. Lots of twirling!
It’s true; if your wedding dress can twirl, there’s a 99.8% chance I’ll have you twirl for most of your session.
This is the one! With the twirl and the chandelier… it’s perfect.
