I say it all the time, but while I love bridal portraits. The most difficult thing about them is having to keep them a secret until after the wedding!
We met bright and early for Katie’s bridals because it was September and September in the south is still considered summer. So the morning is much cooler… and the light is so dreamy! So while she, her mom and her hair and makeup artist had a super early wakeup call, it was 100% worth it for these portraits!
Katie, I’m sorting through your wedding images now too and I’m drooling over them as much as I am over your bridals. It has been so fun getting to know you and I’m so thankful you’ve trusted me over these last couple of years. It’s not often I get to work with my couples for much more than a year, but with 2020 thrown in, we got some bonus time together and I’m ok with that!
Enjoy some of my (many!) favorites and keep an eye out for hers and Blake’s wedding coming soon.
Her veil was one of her most favorite things… and I had to agree!
I was also in love with her shoes!
A twirly dress, gorgeous bride and dreamy morning light make for a really fun morning!
